Nephrology / Renal

A nephrologist is a medical secialist skilled in diagnosing and treating kidney and related conditions. You will be referred to a nephrologist if you have hypertension, evidence of early preclinical or established kidney disease or other conditions or medications that may damage your kidneys. The nephrologist will treat to prevent onset and worsening of kidney disease and treat patients who need renal replacement treatment such as dialysis or transplantation.

Gastrointestinal

Your gastroenterologist will diagnose and treat diseases that affect your gastrointestinal (GI) tract, from mouth to anus and also liver and pancreas.

This will often involve endoscopy. Examples include reflux, gastritis, peptic ulceration, bleeding from the GI tract, bowel polyps, colitis, constipation and diarrhea and hepatitis.

Endocrinology

Our Endocrinologists are specialists who treat a wide range of conditions related to hormone problems and endocrine glands.
